HUckabee, ROmney and Palin
Mike Huckabee leads over Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin in a recent USA Today/Gallup Poll.
PRINCETON, NJ—The most  USA Today/Gallup poll shows that Republican, Mike Huckabee, is the leading vote-getter when asked who they would seriously consider supporting for President in the 2012 election. Respondents were the given the choice among: Mike Huckabee, Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, Tim Pawlenty or Haley Barbour. The results were the following: Mike Huckabee 71%, Mitt Romney 65%, Sarah Palin 65%, Newt Gingrich 60%, Tim Pawlenty 32% and Haley Barbour 26%.

Also in this new poll, conducted Oct. 31-Nov. 1, 2009, the respondents were asked whether  they feel that these people are qualified to be president. The results: Huckabee 50%, Romney 49%, Gingrich 44%, Palin 31%, Pawlenty 25% and Barbour 18%.

In looking at the results to these questions, more Americans feel that Mike Huckabee, the former Arkansas governor and 2008 GOP challenger, and Mitt Romney, the former Massachusetts governor and 2008 GOP candidate, are more qualified to be president.

This most recent poll shows that Huckabee, while narrowly leading in several categories, is considered to be a leading candidate along with Mitt Romney and Sara Palin, as speculation continues to grow moving into the New Year. Former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, who 44% of those polled feel is qualified to be president, ahead of Sarah Palin, will most certainly continue to run in this lead pack of those most frequently discussed as 2012 GOP candidate possibilities.

Actually, it says quite a bit about the race. Romney has been jet setting all over the country, spending millions again, and doing everything possible to keep his name out in front, and to pile up political favors, Huck is still coming in first. Romney has some serious issues yet to face, one staying in the back ground, and if it was any other candidate it would be headline news with a zillion questions being asked, and that is in regards to one of Romney strong political backer, giving the Romney campaign more money than almost anyone else, as well as being a close family and personal friend, is funding money, jobs and loans to disgraced Kwame Kilpatrick. The money, loans, job, mansion to live in, expensive cars to drive are raising a few eyebrows in Detroit, as they uncover the money is running through accounts like a ‘shell game’, and is giving the appearance of blackmail, bribes, or hush money. Claims of a hot party which lead to a beating and later murder, which even the Michigan Attorney General is said to be covering up, in the coming days lead to questions regarding Romney and associates. On Palin, the Romney crew which switched to McCain, it is said plagued Palin after her selection. There is one TV show which appears to be keeping the Palin, and daughters boyfriend story alive and kicking, is strangely one the Osmunds on constantly on-- and observation. At any rate, the election is three years off, and much can happen in three years.

With no money, no name recognition, and opposition from the establishment, Mike Huckabee came close to winning the Republican nomination in 2008. If he had, the Republicans would have held the White House. He alone among those discussed above has the character, the intellect, the experience, and the judgment to make an outstanding President. Liberal Democrats who fear his social conservatism can ease their minds by reviewing his 10 year record as Governor of Arkansas. If he chooses not to run, or the corrupt establishment can stop him in 2012, America will be the loser.

Forgot mention one other thing. Also, Huckabee needs to stick with his show The Huckabee Show. That's what he's good for.

In Terms of it all, I don't see Mike Huckabee becoming the nominated candidate in 2012. Mike Huckabee wouldn't make a good nominated candidate. It's ridiculous why people actually feel he's worth having for a nominated candidate. Sara Palin or Mitt Romney both have what it takes to win the general election in 2012 if one of them wins nomination. Some people just don't know a great thing when they see it. They miss the big picture. Palin or Romney is the big picture. Palin without a doubt. That's why the liberal main stream media constantly bashes her. They're afraid of her because they know she has what it takes to beat them. When it comes down to it all, I feel Palin will win the nomination from bein bashed so much by the liberal main stream media. They did that with Ronald Reagan before 1980 and we all know what resulted from it. The same thing will happen with Palin in 2012. All this bashing by the liberal main stream media will make her a martyr. You might as well say the liberal main stream media is paving the way for her to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue on 1/20/2013.
